The Resident Services Leader is responsible for the daily operations of the independent living areas and services. The Leader is the primary point of contact for independent living residents and family members/guests to answer questions, address concerns, listen to and provide feedback. The Resident Services Leader is responsible for the development, implementation and maintenance of resident programs, hospitality and reception.

A minimum of five years of similar experience and/or education is preferred. Applicants must have a high school diploma or GED. Bachelor’s degree is preferred. The Resident Services Leader is a full-time position. Eligible for all benefits.
