Community Relations Assistant

Meadowlark Hills is looking to hire a Community Relations Assistant. The Community Relations Assistant provides administrative support to the Community Relations Director, including but not limited to: calendar management, file maintenance, answering phones, data entry, scanning, faxing and ordering supplies. The Assistant is a resource to the Community Relations team members, including the following service areas: Sales, Resident Services, Fitness and Massage, and the Parkinson’s Program. All support is coordinated through the Community Relations Director. The Community Relations Assistant shall also act as a resource for residents, as directed by the resident(s), within their qualified ability, by answering questions, assisting with problem solving and meeting resident needs as appropriate. This is a full-time position.  Meadowlark Hills is a not-for-profit organization providing independent living, assisted living, transitional and long-term care for area elders and is a nationally recognized leader in person-directed care.
