Jeff Heidbreder, Fitness Services Leader

Jeff Heidbreder, the Fitness Services Leader at Meadowlark, plays a vital role in promoting active lifestyles and well-being within the community. Responsible for overseeing all fitness programs, leading group exercise classes, conducting personal training and senior fitness assessments, Jeff brings a wealth of expertise to Meadowlark. His role extends to organizing and leading training events while providing supervision for Massage Therapy and Salon Services.

Since joining Meadowlark in December 2010, Jeff has been a driving force behind the community's commitment to fitness and holistic well-being. Hailing from Bottineau, N.D., Jeff graduated from North Dakota State University with a degree in human performance and fitness in May 2002. As a Certified Personal Trainer of the American Council on Exercise, a member of the IDEA Fitness Organization, and holding American Heart Association CPR certification, Jeff brings a comprehensive skill set to his leadership role.

Beyond his professional commitments, Jeff finds fulfillment in his personal life. He resides in Manhattan with his wife, Brianne, and their daughter. His Meadowlark Hills memories are especially dear, with a highlight being the generosity displayed by residents and co-workers after the birth of his daughter.

Jeff's genuine enthusiasm for his work is rooted in the connections he forges with the Meadowlark community. What he enjoys most is learning everyone's unique story. The diversity of backgrounds and experiences among residents and employees is a constant source of fascination for Jeff, reflecting the rich tapestry that makes Meadowlark Hills a vibrant and engaging community. His commitment to fostering an environment that encourages active living and celebrates individual stories contributes to the holistic well-being of everyone at Meadowlark Hills.
