Interested in joining the writing group at Meadowlark? Prairie Star Writers invites you to attend the next meeting at 1 p.m. Tuesday, Aug. 2, in the Patriot Room.

The Aug. 2 session is titled, “How would you like others to describe you? How would you describe yourself?” In a vulnerable moment, when Cathy’s Mom and her sister were sitting on a Pacific Coast beach, her sister asked her mom to talk about herself. How would she like to be remembered? What advice did she want to leave behind? If you were asked such a huge, open-ended question, what would you answer?

Writers is led by Cathy Hedge. The group meets on the first and third Tuesdays.
