Rick Smith and his Jazz band The Rick Smith Trio will perform at Meadowlark Hills at 7 p.m. Friday, May 24, in the Community Room. The group is made up of Rick on guitar, Bobby Scharmann on bass, and Graig Archer on drums. They play a large variety of small-combo jazz by composers such as Fats Waller, Duke Ellington and Miles Davis and jazz versions of pop and rock tunes by the Beatles and Bob Dylan.
