The Prairie Star Restaurant will serve brunch from 10:30 a.m. to 2 p.m. Sunday, Feb. 24. The cost is $16 for adults and $8 for children. The menu includes made-to-order omelets, fresh waffles, variety of cold salads, fresh baked bread, variety of vegetables and sides, variety of entrees, carving station of prime rib and a plethora of homemade desserts. Residents and guests are encouraged, but not required, to sign up in the Blue Book at the Hospitality Desk. All are welcome!
