Brook Marcotte, Dining Services Leader

Brook Marcotte is the Event Services Leader at Meadowlark, providing essential leadership to the café and front-of-house restaurant staff. In her multifaceted position, Brook assumes responsibility for room reservations, catering orders, and meticulous event planning to ensure exceptional experiences for Meadowlark residents and guests.

Brook embarked on her journey with Meadowlark in 2014, initially joining as the Café Leader. Armed with a strong educational background, she completed her associates degree in dietary management in 2013 at Barton County Community College. Her commitment to ongoing education is reflected in her attendance at both Emporia State University and Kansas State University. As a member of the Association of Nutrition and Food Professionals, Brook aligns herself with a network of professionals dedicated to excellence in the field.

Proudly hailing from Eskridge, Kansas, Brook resides in her hometown with her husband, Dalton, and their three sons. Her passion for her work at Meadowlark is evident in her favorite aspect—the opportunity to interact with residents and collaborate with an exceptional team of individuals. Brook finds fulfillment in creating meaningful connections and contributing to the vibrant community atmosphere at Meadowlark.
