Q: Do we need to recycle land line telephones and televisions?

For your phones that you wish to dispose of, you can get them to Environmental Services by submitting a work order and they can pick them up from you or at the Hospitality Desk, and they will dispose of them for you. Old televisions can be recycled, and you can contact maintenance to have the television picked up. There is no cost for recycling LCD or LED televisions, but the older televisions with the tubes have lead glass in them, so there would be a charge for this service. The current price range is between $25 to $40 depending on the size. Thank you for another great question, and please keep them coming.
